At TIL Wear, we aim to deliver your products as quickly and efficiently as possible. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms outlined below:

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During holidays or times of high demand, orders may take up 10 - 15 business days to process.You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by country)

Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to all regions. Please note, certain products may be restricted or unavailable for shipment to specific locations.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Customs & Import Taxes (For International Orders)
